the Prophecy (Karin)

A long time ago, before the worlds came about, a prophecy was told about a war. A war for the χ-blade, a single key that unlocked the way to Kingdom Hearts. Those who sought for it created an image of it, calling it a Keyblade and used it to in order to bring about a war that brought about darkness, taking over the World. According to the legends, Kingdom Hearts vanished and the χ-blade was destroyed, breaking into seven pieces of light and thirteen pieces of darkness. Yet no one knew the whole truth.
Once the Keyblade war was over, the immortal ones decided to lock away Kingdom Hearts, locking it away within a non-existent realm where the keyhole to Kingdom Hearts was separated into three fragments. The three fragments took form of a single soul and attached themselves onto a maiden who was guarded buy a Keyblade wielder who held a pure heart.

One day, a man set foot upon the non-existent realm and caused a war in order to reform the χ-blade and gain access to the World. As he and the last of the warriors of the non-existent realm stood before the entrance of Kingdom Hearts, the gathered fragments from the passed maidens aided him, reforming together to recreate the keyhole. Sacrificing himself, he sealed the world once again, throwing the visitor from the world. Then the keyhole severed into four fragments and scattered across the realms, awaiting for the day for the chosen maidens to host them again. However, now that the immortal ones are well aware of the dangers that took place during the war, entrusting keyblade wielders with the heavy task of protecting the fragments, guardians were created in order to keep their existence safe. For when the time came for the keyblade war to start again, keybladers would have to keep the fragments of the χ-blade safe in order to be sure the World would never be reached again.

Author's Note 6/10/2013

I'm crying deeply because I'm playing Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance and I'm still trying to figure out the exact pinpoint in which the whole events will take. But for good news, I am done with both chapters 1 and 2 and 3 is in the process and I might just post all five when I am done with the fifth one but it'll take some time. I'm sorry. Patience is avert I guess~

~Have a lovely time~

Preview~

Because I just kind of feel like it, here's a preview for the first  chapter, I'm going to start posting some previews and eliminating the chapters now

You can tell I'm a bit excited about this now. I've got a lot of threading to do though so it'll take some time.

Though I know not a lot of people take a look at this, just doing this because I want to~

So, without further adieu, here's a chapter 1 preview:
“Where’s Kairi!?” Sora asked Riku, “I thought she was with you!”
“The door has opened…” Riku responded.
“Th-the door?” I parroted, pondering what door opened.
                “What?” Sora questioned.
“The door has opened, Sora!” Riku said once again, “Now we can go to the outside world!”
“What are you talking about? We’ve gotta find Kairi!”
“Kairi’s coming with us!” He reassured Sora, “…Once we step through, we might not be able to come back. We may never see our parents again. There’s no turning back. But this may be our only chance. We can’t let fear stop us! I’m not afraid of the darkness!”
My eyes widened. It felt like each line was recited from my dream. I pinched myself to see if I was awake, but maybe this dream could be one of those real-life dreams where I just really can’t tell if I’m awake or not... I backed away so I could see what was going on. I saw Riku’s legs being swallowed by the darkness as well as Sora’s. They were both reaching out to each other as the darkness consumed them whole. Then a flash of bright light appeared as Sora emerged from it, holding onto a weapon in the form of a key. Riku, however, disappeared from sight. He was gone. Just like that. Sora ran off inside the Seaside Shack again. That was the last time I saw either of them. My legs collapsed onto the yellow sand as tears were wielding up. I didn’t understand what went on but a part of me felt like I knew what was happening. I bowed my head in sadness, not caring if more heartless showed up. Not caring about my own safety. I stayed where I was at, hoping someone could re-piece the events together so it would all click in and I wouldn’t have to be sad about this. “G-Good bye…” Tear drops feel down into the sand, couldn’t help them from falling.
I wondered…if I had shouted when he rowed his boat towards the island…if I had snapped him out of his illusion, would he have stopped from sinking into the darkness? Or would he continue on, knowing it would be his escape from this world?

RESTART~! \(^o^)/: Authors Message 2/12/13

I know, I’m gonna piss off people haha. But, I’m restarting with good intentions. I feel like I’m being a bit too boring and a restart is good. Don’t worry, not a whole lot is changing. Just on how the story flows and flows. But before I restart, I’m gonna try trudging through five chapters to get the story flowing a bit. Once I get those five done, I’m pretty much deleting most of the chapters and reposting other ones. Just new updates and what not. I’m trying to get into the habit of settling down with half a chapter a week and then posting a whole lot by the end of the month. I just need to fix my work schedule between school, work, and this mini project.

So yes, soon, not now though, a restart will happen. I hope it’ll be enjoyable though :)

This was a thought I had a while ago but I finally decided upon it. Remember, even if I publish it on this site, its not really "official" as in its not finalized or anything. But I do know this is my official last restart because I feel it in my soul~!
